Magnite, a leading sell-side adtech platform, is seeking a Manager, Technical Operations, DV+ in a hybrid Colorado position. The role focuses on the DV+ platform, spanning display, video, native, audio, and DOOH, enabling AI-enhanced programmatic solutions.

You will partner across Product, Engineering, and Account Management to drive scalable operational improvements. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in technical operations, strong SQL/Excel skills, and a passion for AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical operations or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (advanced degree a plus).
• Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and automation.
• Genuine interest in emerging AI technologies and applying them to workflows.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive resolution of the most complex technical escalations.
• Query and analyze large datasets across multiple systems using SQL.
• Leverage AI tools to identify repeatable challenges and automate workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues spanning multiple platforms and integrations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Account Management leadership to shape initiatives.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members (no direct reports).
