Job summary

Magnite, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Operations Manager for DV+ in a hybrid New York area role. You’ll handle escalations, analyze large datasets with SQL, and apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency across the platform that monetizes omnichannel inventory.

You will collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Engineering while learning new platforms and maintaining strong ownership of operational knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical operations or closely related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (advanced degree a plus).
• Strong technical knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, troubleshooting, and workflow automation.
• Genuine interest in emerging AI technologies and applying them to workflows.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a queue of technical escalations with high organization and stakeholder communication.
• Query and analyze large datasets across systems using SQL to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to identify repeatable challenges and design scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning platforms, pipelines, APIs, and integrations.
• Investigate ambiguous problems and drive issues to resolution with minimal oversight.
