Job summary

Magnite is seeking a Manager, Technical Operations, Demand in a hybrid role based in New York. You will lead escalations for ClearLine, troubleshoot cross-system issues, and leverage AI to optimize workflows and reporting.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to design scalable data solutions using SQL and Python, and you’ll create documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technical operations, ad tech, programmatic advertising, solutions engineering, or related fields.
• Experience developing and optimizing media strategies for performance-driven advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of technical escalations from ClearLine Account Managers with high professionalism and stakeholder communication.
• Troubleshoot highly complex technical issues across platforms, systems, reporting pipelines, APIs, and integrations.
• Use AI tools to identify repeatable operational challenges, design scalable solutions, automate workflows, and improve team efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external audiences.
