TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Wayland, MI facility to oversee all maintenance, services and equipment infrastructure. Lead preventive, predictive, and continuous improvement programs and manage spare parts, inventories, and third-party contractors.

You will champion a safety-first culture, mentor maintenance technicians, and partner with operations and engineering to drive asset reliability and performance improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or technical management experience in production or food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory systems; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
