Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to modernize an on-prem Investment Management data warehouse to a scalable GCP-based platform with BigQuery. You will guide data pipelines, analytics, and governance while enabling AI-powered access through Vertex AI and Looker-driven reporting.

You’ll lead multi-stakeholder teams, optimize security and costs, and partner with business stakeholders to translate priorities into executable technology plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
10+ years in data/analytics leadership or related tech roles.
Experience migrating on-prem data warehouses to cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of data governance, ELT/ETL, modeling, and security.

Responsibilities

Lead modernization of Investment Management data warehouse to a cloud-native platform on GCP.
Modernize data pipelines, reporting, and analytics capabilities with Looker.
Drive governance, security, and cost optimization across the data stack.
Support AI-powered data access and Vertex AI-enabled analytics.
