Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead modernization of Investment Management Data Warehouse from on-prem SQL Server to a cloud-native GCP platform with BigQuery. You will guide data pipelines, governance, analytics via Looker, and AI-enabled data access using Vertex AI, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
This leadership role requires 10+ years in data/analytics leadership, strong GCP experience, and a track record of delivering large-scale data
Qualifications
- 10+ years in data/analytics engineering or related leadership roles.
- Hands-on or leadership experience with GCP, especially BigQuery and security.
- Experience modernizing data warehouses or cloud migrations.
- Knowledge of data architecture, ELT/ETL, metadata, governance.
- Strong Python programming for data engineering and AI workflows.
- Experience managing technical teams and delivering complex programs.
- Understanding of cloud security and production resilience.
- Excellent communication to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Vertex AI or AI-enabled analytics.
