Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• Minimum of 5 years managing litigated claims with liability experience.
• Ability to obtain state licenses and maintain CE requirements.
• Strong business acumen and capacity to handle complex disputes.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex claims within broad authority.
• Coordinate a litigation plan with defense counsel.
• Review coverage and exposure to determine reserves.
• Attend depositions, mediations, trials as required.
• Mentor lower level staff and train colleagues.
