Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM, Visual Factory, Kaizen).
• Proven proficiency in OEE, process optimization, root-cause analysis, and equipment reliability.
• Proven leadership track record in fast-paced manufacturing settings.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize resources and business needs.
• Self-starter who leads change and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coach and mentor technical teams and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all technical functions within the operation.
• Drive continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and TPM execution.
• Provide technical support to Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance.
• Develop staffing plans and allocate resources for projects.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analyses; implement corrective actions.
• Drive process optimization for molding and forming equipment.
• Standardize process parameters, setup, troubleshooting guides, and standard work.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Operations on new equipment and launches.
