Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Mogadore manufacturing facility. You will direct Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet site KPIs and budget targets, while embedding a culture of safety and operational excellence.

The role requires strategic vision, deep experience in high-volume manufacturing, and a track record of developing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business/Finance, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading large, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the long-term strategic plan for the Mogadore facility.
• Manage productivity programs to reduce cost/labor spend and standardize processes.
• Monitor daily production performance to ensure OTIF delivery and quality standards.
• Maintain plant budget and financial targets; lead CapEx justification.
• Provide leadership and coaching to a multi-disciplinary leadership team.
