Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, operations management, or a related field preferred.
• Five or more years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Continuous Improvement, and waste-elimination principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate production operations to maximize safety, quality, labor efficiency, delivery, and profitability.
• Lead shift operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives (SEAL, PEAK).
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, housekeeping, and 6S standards; coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Monitor labor performance, staffing levels, and material flow to minimize shortages and waste.
• Develop employees through coaching, training, and cross-training to improve workforce flexibility.
