Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the Quality Analysts, drive the quality program, and partner with the Plant Manager and Operations to ensure product conformance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in quality supervision within a manufacturing setting, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with ISO 9001-based quality systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of quality supervision experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with quality systems (PPAP, CAPA, APQP).
• ISO 9001 or equivalent quality system experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Quality Analysts.
• Mentor QA staff to improve the quality system.
• Support the Plant Manager and operations on projects.
• Interface with engineering and manufacturing for root cause analysis.
• Oversee daily quality control activities for manufacturing.
• Lead first article inspections and process audits.
• Maintain documentation control and supplier quality interfaces.
