You will serve as the ultimate technical authority in Expert Services, resolve critical failures, stabilize environments under pressure, and coach customer tech leads on large-scale platform ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering and architecture.
• Proven track record architecting solutions for global enterprise clients and multi-stream programs.
• OutSystems Expert Developer and Advanced AI/Architecture certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Technical governance for high-complexity programs ensuring architectural, security, and performance standards.
• Define playbooks for development productivity and automated delivery strategies.
• Act as technical authority in Expert Services, resolving critical failures and stabilizing environments under pressure.
• Lead technical discovery and align roadmaps with future-proofed architectures.
• Establish global standards for Prompt Engineering and AI-native practices across the practice.
• Coach customer/partner Tech leads to manage large-scale platform ecosystems.
• Perform system audits and architectural health assessments with recommendations for stability and performance.
• Drive public thought leadership through articles and conference talks on agentic transformation.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks across portfolios to prevent delivery failures.
• Translate business goals into multi-stream delivery plans aligned with ROI.
