Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of software development experience including web/mobile app development.
- 4 years in architecture or technical leadership roles with enterprise projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, size, and validate scalable, enterprise-grade solution architectures.
- Architect agentic systems using Agent Workbench and orchestration patterns.
- Translate business requirements into viable applications and agents on the OutSystems platform.
- Define and review architecture patterns for reusability and lower maintenance costs.
- Assess existing applications for performance and quality and prescribe improvements.
- Identify non-functional requirements and integration needs across portfolios.
- Mentor teams on architecture and development best practices.
- Grow the technical capability of the Professional Services team.
