Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Support, Cloud Operations, Data Governance, or Infrastructure Management.
• Strong expertise in AWS services such as IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, Athena, Lake Formation, and Glue.
• Advanced knowledge of Immuta platform administration, policy management, governance controls, and access management.
• Experience with SQL, Python/Shell scripting, automation tools, and enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Strong exposure to ITIL processes, SLA management, production support, and operational governance.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Job description

The Immuta & AWS Platform SME is responsible for leading platform support, governance operations, and service reliability initiatives for enterprise data platforms. The role focuses on ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant platform operations through effective administration of Immuta and AWS services. The SME acts as the technical escalation point for complex incidents and platform-related challenges. The position requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, data governance, operational excellence, and platform optimization. The individual will also drive best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across the support landscape.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
