ABOUT OUR TEAM

Working across Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Solution Architecture, and our partner ecosystem, the Technical Success team realize measurable value from Immuta and operationalize secure data access at enterprise scale.

YOUR ROLE

As a Field CTO, you will serve as the strategic technical leader for a portfolio of assigned customer accounts. You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers, who remain the primary account owners, to help customers successfully implement Immuta, deepen product adoption, and expand the value they realize from the platform. You will also act as a critical link between customers and Immuta’s Product organization, bringing forward product feedback, adoption patterns, market insights, and emerging customer needs.

This is a highly customer-facing role that blends technical depth, executive presence, implementation strategy, product insight, and field leadership. You will work with Immuta Administrators, Chief Data Officers, AI leaders, IT executives, and business unit stakeholders to align Immuta’s capabilities to customer business outcomes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Success, Implementation, and Adoption

  • Own strategic implementation planning and product adoption for assigned customer accounts, in partnership with the Customer Success Manager to guide customers from onboarding to enterprise rollout, platform optimization, and long-term adoption.

  • Serve as a senior technical advisor to customers on data governance, data security, privacy, access control, AI readiness, and modern data architecture.

  • Influence expansion by identifying additional use cases, adoption opportunities, and business outcomes that Immuta can support.

Product Partnership & Customer Advocacy

  • Capture customer feedback, implementation patterns, and market insights to influence product strategy and roadmap priorities.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements, adoption challenges, and emerging enterprise trends.

Marketing, Enablement, and Thought Leadership

  • Develop technical content, use-case guidance, solution briefs, demos, best-practice materials, and enablement assets based on real customer needs and field experience.

  • Support webinars, executive briefings, customer meetings, partner events, conferences, and other thought-leadership activities.

  • Partner with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to translate customer outcomes, technical patterns, and strategic use cases into compelling customer-facing materials.

Pre-Sales and Partner Support

  • Support strategic pre-sales engagements through technical discovery, architecture discussions, solution documentation, and proof-of-concept planning to ensure a seamless transition into implementation and adoption.

  • Collaborate with Immuta’s strategic technology partners, including Databricks, Snowflake, Starburst, and others, to help shape joint solutions and customer adoption strategies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Qualification: 5–7+ years of experience in implementation consulting, data governance consulting, technical advisory, solutions architecture, data engineering, technical customer success, or related customer-facing roles within enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or data platform environments.

  • Data & Governance Expertise: Strong understanding of modern data architectures, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, access control, and enterprise data operations.

  • Data Platform Expertise: Experience working with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Starburst, or similar technologies.

  • Customer Advisory: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Experience partnering with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to drive customer outcomes.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including customer presentations, technical workshops, and solution documentation.

  • Executive Presence: Proven ability to engage and influence Chief Data Officers, AI leaders, IT executives, business leaders, and senior technical stakeholders.

  • Values: Embodies Immuta’s values: mission focused, humble intellect, personal responsibility, grit & determination and teamwork & helpfulness.
