  • Mentor and grow other members of the team, sharing best practices, solutions, and lessons learned to make the team better.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to improve our systems and processes, practicing a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Work within a robust IT Service Management environment, helping the team manage incidents, service requests, changes, assets, and our knowledge base.
  • Resolve escalated support issues from our user support staff.
  • Partner with stakeholders outside IT on cross-functional operational improvement initiatives, representing IT as a technical resource.

  • AI and Automation: Hands-on experience with AI tooling and a genuine interest in applying it to business problems, including building agents or automations, writing effective prompts, and helping non-technical colleagues get value from the technology.
  • Analytical Experience:Expertise in gathering and analyzing requirements, considering customer needs and business impacts, to make the right decisions to drive projects forward.
  • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style and content to the audience.
