Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to own full-cycle recruiting for Quality Control and Inspection roles, partnering with executives to shape strategy and deliver high-caliber hires.

You will source passive candidates, build talent maps, and drive diverse, candidate-centric processes while representing Anduril’s brand and mission in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring engineering and skilled-technical talent, including Quality Control and Inspection professionals.
• 3+ years of experience working with senior-level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress and advising on talent strategies.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced in-house environment, hiring Quality Control/Inspection/Quality Engineering or related disciplines (Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Mission Assurance).
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle for Quality Control and Inspection roles, providing effective communication and reporting.
• Act as SME in prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, process automation, and candidate management.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence hiring manager preferences to improve interview-to-offer conversion.
• Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and referrals.
• Build talent maps across Quality Control, inspection, and metrology to generate market insights.
• Drive diverse talent into the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Represent Anduril’s brand and recruiting team at the highest level.
• Leverage cross-functional partners to sell our value proposition and impact hiring practices.
