Job summary

Solstice Consulting group seeks a contract (6 months approx) to perm Senior Technical Recruiter for an engineering client in Dallas, TX. Office-based in North Dallas.

The ideal candidate will source and screen engineers, write/descriptions, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding while maintaining HR records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years related experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
• Experience in technical engineering and related roles required
• Understanding of human resources policies and practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HR matters
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Responsibilities

• Actively source resumes and help assess candidates
• Screen candidates by phone, video or in person
• Write job descriptions and post them internally and externally
• Schedule candidate interviews with department managers, staff, human resources and senior leaders
• Maintain interview and hiring records
• Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees
• Work with human resources and other departments for new hire training and orientation
• Complete human resources projects as assigned
