Job summary

Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Contract to Perm (6-9 months) Technical Recruiter for our engineering client with HQ in Texas. The role is based in the West MSP area with 5% travel and a remote-based environment.

Must have experience recruiting for technical data center roles. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, plus proven ability to source and screen candidates for engineering, operations and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ related experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience placing technical and management roles in Data Center Construction and Design.
• Experience in project management, engineering and related roles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt technical openings (Engineering, Operations, Project Management)
• Actively source resumes and help assess candidates
• Screen candidates by phone, video or in person
• Schedule candidate interviews with department managers, staff, human resources and senior leaders
• Maintain interview and hiring records
• Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees
• Work with human resources and other departments for new hire training and orientation

This role is based in the office located in West MSP area with 5% domestic travel as needed.
