Job summary

HRforGrowth is assisting a client organization in filling an experienced Technical Editor to support intelligence production activities in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, active DoD Top Secret clearance, and proven editing accuracy with knowledge of ICD 203, DIA style, and community standards.

Location is New England, onsite; full-time with compensation in the $90,000–$98,000 range. Education can be Associate/Bachelor/Master with relevant editing experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience reviewing and editing intelligence products with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with Community Authorized Classification and control markings.
• Strong knowledge of DIA style guide and IC standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit intelligence products for grammar, punctuation, spelling, syntax, clarity, and style.
• Ensure compliance with classification markings and DIA style guidelines.
• Collaborate with analysts to improve quality and readability of outputs.
• Present complex intelligence information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Support editing and production in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Identify inconsistencies and maintain accuracy and intent.
