Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in technical editing, documentation, or knowledge management.
• Experience with technical editing, documentation standards, and knowledge management systems.

Aufgaben

• Produce clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation including plans, procedures, and reports.
• Edit content for grammar, clarity, organization, and flow; improve tables, graphics, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to translate complex concepts into user-friendly docs.
• Manage document versions, status tracking, and deadlines in project tools.
• Ensure content follows templates, formatting guidelines, and accessibility standards (Section 508).
• Review requests, prioritize assignments, and communicate with teams for clarifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis on documentation issues and suggest template/workflow improvements.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with stakeholders for delivery of high-quality documents.
• Support cross-team collaboration by sharing best practices and aiding onboarding.
