Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in technical editing, technical writing, proposal editing, or related documentation support for engineering or IT programs.
Experience editing and developing bids for engineering or IT infrastructure proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs, solicitation requirements, and business goals.
Editing technical documentation, program-related messaging, and customer deliverables including briefings, reports, and proposal volumes.

Responsibilities

Edit, revise, and proofread technical and proposal content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and tone.
Coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, project managers, and proposal managers to clarify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support the full proposal lifecycle, including storyboard creation, draft reviews, and final production of proposal volumes.
