• Experience with customer requirements gathering and enterprise IT infrastructure concepts
• Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility to obtain CI Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and solution design activities across multiple IT programs.
• Translate customer requirements into clear system specifications, use cases, and high-level architectures.
• Coordinate and lead internal/external Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to clarify requirements and support timely proposals.
• Develop integrated IT infrastructure solutions and cost proposals that meet customer requirements and constraints.
