Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science required.
• 5+ years of technical editing, documentation, or knowledge management experience.
• Proficient in structured authoring, CMS, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools and BPA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation including plans and procedures.
• Edit content for grammar, clarity, organization, and flow; improve tables, graphics, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and SMEs to translate complex concepts into user-friendly docs.
• Manage document versions, status tracking, and deadlines using project tracking tools.
• Ensure content follows templates and accessibility standards, including Section 508 when applicable.
• Review requests, prioritize assignments, and communicate with project teams for clarifications.
• Analyze documentation issues and recommend template, workflow, and process improvements.
• Maintain timely professional communication with project stakeholders for delivery of high-quality documents.
• Support cross-team collaboration and onboarding, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
