Responsibilities

• Lead account-wide strategic initiatives for device yield, performance, and cost improvements across deposition, etch, anneal, and metrology.
• Interface with customers across process areas at key development sites to form strategic partnerships.
• Identify technology inflections and articulate them to internal teams to shape roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment between commercial, technical, and operations groups for key initiatives.
• Own timelines, milestones, risk management, and deliverables for strategic initiatives and CIP projects.
• Act as senior technical authority for the account, mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams.
