Ellucian seeks a Senior Consultant to lead complex customer challenges across the Ellucian Managed Services portfolio. You will independently drive investigations, guide customers through ambiguous situations, and coordinate cross-team resources to resolution.

You bring 5+ years in application development or technical consulting, strong JavaScript skills (ReactJS, NodeJS), API troubleshooting, and experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Competenze

• 5+ years in application development, technical consulting, or related work.
• Strong experience with ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Experience troubleshooting REST APIs and integrations.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Mansioni

• Lead complex technical investigations and drive issues to resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis across application, API, integration, data, and code layers.
• Gather requirements and translate into actionable solution requirements.
• Prototype, design, test, and debug applications and integrations.
