Job summary

Ellucian seeks a skilled Colleague consultant to deliver hands-on technical support for Colleague in a customer-facing capacity. You will install, patch and administer Colleague components, and coordinate with customers to maximize value from Ellucian solutions.

You will work with Ethos Integration, ILP, and DataConnect, and leverage related Ellucian tools and SQL-based data layers to drive successful deployments and ongoing operations for higher education institutions in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Ellucian product technical experience in a customer-facing role within an Ellucian software environment.
• Hands-on experience providing technical support for Colleague.
• Patching and upgrading Colleague; technical administration of Colleague ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with each customer to understand goals, priorities, processes and challenges related to the supported applications.
• Guide customers through changes and new functionality deployment; review and plan implementations.
• Modernize business processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and provide proactive communications on new features or defects.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to address customer needs.
• Promote usage of Ellucian resources such as Solution Center and product documentation.
