Job description

Serve as both a trusted advisor and technical expert for GenStudio template projects, partnering closely with customers to understand their marketing objectives and translating those needs into responsive, on-brand email templates. Balance client consultation—including requirements

gathering, strategic guidance, and training—with hands-on development, QA, and delivery coordination to ensure polished templates are deployed on time and perform reliably across email clients.

• Review customer-provided design files (mockups, wireframes).
• Clarify their goals and advise on feasible design adjustments for email, social ads, and banner ads.

Template Development & QA:

• Write clean HTML/CSS to match designs for email clients, social ad specs, and display/banner sizes.
• Perform thorough QA in the product for functionality and proper rendering through upload, creation, and export.
• Log and track any issues, working with engineering until they are resolved.

Training & Enablement:

• Lead concise demos and workshops showing how to create templates (for technical users) and explain template UX, capabilities, and limitations (for non-technical users).

Project Coordination:

• Assign tasks and review code with offshore development teams.
• Align timelines and scope with Internal consultants and customer stakeholders.
• Keep projects on track and ensure timely sign-off.

Core Skills & Qualifications:Strong eye for design and UX across email, social, and display/banner formats.

• Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3; comfortable with responsive patterns and email-client quirks.
• Excellent at breaking down technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation skills and client-facing communication abilities, able to lead demos, gather feedback, and build rapport with stakeholders.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
