Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Location: Remote - US

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead and execute ServiceNow implementations, working across a variety of modules and use cases. While experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Security Operations (SecOps) is a plus, this position is ideal for a well-rounded developer with strong platform expertise who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Your ability to design, configure, and develop scalable solutions will be key to driving client success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering and design through build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure and develop core ServiceNow applications including (but not limited to) Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge, and CMDB.
• Design and build custom applications and workflows using Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and scoped applications.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other technologies.
• Work directly with clients to translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to overall platform architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and capabilities, applying best practices across all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality, performance, and usability standards.

Bonus Experience (Not Required):

• Exposure to or interest in GRC and/or SecOps modules is welcome. This role offers opportunities to grow into these areas for those with foundational platform experience.

Qualifications:
