We are seeking a driven and skilled Senior NetSuite Technical Consultant, or Junior Technical Consultant, to join our growing Cloud Solutions practice. Bridgepoint Consulting’s Cloud Solutions practice delivers critical value to clients through services that support most back-office initiatives, with a primary focus on maximizing value for accounting, operations, and technology.

As a Senior NetSuite Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing high-impact custom integrations and advanced back-office solutions for our clients, as well as driving adoption of high standards and best practices within the NetSuite development team. You will be a valuable member of the Cloud Solutions NetSuite consulting team and will be provided substantial opportunity for technical growth and professional development. This is a remote position for any candidates located in the United States.

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain custom solutions that enhance and integrate core business and management processes based on instruction from Technical Architects. These solutions include but are not limited to:
• SuiteScript solutions deployed within NetSuite
• Advanced PDFs/Custom PDF Solutions
• Integrations between NetSuite and external systems (point to point, or utilizing an appropriate middleware solution)
• Prepare detailed Design Specification Documents resulting from meetings with key business stakeholders, integration and business process automation delivery, and guidance from Technical Architects
• Communicate and present technical ideas, recommendations, solutions, and issues to C-level executives, project team members, and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage multiple development and project initiatives at one time, while effectively communicating utilization, roadblocks, and progress to technical leadership and prioritizing based on feedback
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget, and aiding other developers in doing the same.
• Responsible for executing in all phases of the NetSuite implementation cycle, including:
• Participate in business process design and user story sessions with clients to determine NetSuite system needs
• Implement and configure NetSuite to address business needs and processes
• Establish test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met
• Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption
• Support the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during this cutover
• Support the client following “Go Live” deployment to troubleshoot issues that arise, and promote additional methods to optimize the system for enhanced performance
• Work and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members
• Prioritize project workload to ensure milestones and objectives are attained
• Provide input as a consultant to clients on their requirements by utilizing industry experience, best practices, and a pragmatic mindset

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Hands-on developer experience building custom solutions using various SuiteScript types
• Fundamental understanding of SOAP and/or REST APIs and how to leverage these
• Familiarity with NetSuite SOAP and/or REST Web Services
• At least 3 years of NetSuite platform and development experience. Relevant platform and non-technical experience in line with years of NetSuite experience as expected, such as customizing forms, fields, records, roles, searches, reports, familiarity with standard business flows such as Order to Cash or Lead to Order, etc.
• Experience with Change Management and Version Control (Git or SVN)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with integration tools such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, Workato, or MuleSoft
• Understanding and practice of SDLC principles including requirements gathering, data analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Database and SQL experience
• NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer certification
• Experience working with Advanced PDFs
• Experience developing in and integrating data from enterprise cloud systems such as Marketo, Magento, Shopify, Salesforce, Oracle on Demand, Microsoft Dynamics, or Epicor

Work Location & Travel Requirements

Remote role for candidates located in the United States. Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site work at clients, but typically less.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $85,000 - $135,000

Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on performance, annual bonus target of 20%
