• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of technical deliverables prior to launch.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement enhancements and resolve technical issues.
• Drive onboarding improvements to streamline client experience and reduce time-to-value with AI and automation.
• Provide strategic input on product improvements based on client feedback and feasibility.

About the role
