The position bridges product management and sales, reporting to the Product Marketing Director and Global Portfolio Management of Grid Components. You will drive market strategy, guide presales design, ensure IEEE/ANSI compliance, and cultivate ecosystem partnerships, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering field required.
• 10+ years of experience in high voltage equipment, preferably with circuit breakers or other key substation components.
• Deep understanding of sub-transmission applications and utility processes in the US.
• Proven experience in technical sales, product management, or business development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with vacuum interrupter technology and SF6-free solutions/regulation.
• Familiarity with IEEE/ANSI standards for high-voltage products.
• Ability to travel up to 30% - domestic and international - may be required.

Responsibilities

• Market strategy & growth - Drive U.S. subtransmission market expansion by developing new utility/EPC/OEM opportunities, shaping go-to-market plans, and securing product homologation.
• Technical leadership - Act as the primary technical interface, leading configuration discussions, advanced feature evaluations, and presales solution design.
• Standards & industry influence - Ensure IEEE/ANSI compliance, represent the company in industry bodies, and help shape evolving technical specifications.
