Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in electrical engineering.
• Advanced experience in electrical design.
• Familiar with NEC, safety codes, and QA requirements.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Able to analyze and improve processes.
• Experience in leading and influencing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite customer engagements and ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and execute urgent service tasks effectively.
• Identify improvements in installed equipment and processes.
• Coordinate site preparations and subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ensure readiness of materials and equipment.
