Job summary

State Street is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to lead roadmap execution for foundational backend capabilities within the Charles River and Alpha Platforms. You will gather requirements and perform business analysis for core services such as containerization, event frameworks, and authentication tooling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical product management in SaaS or infrastructure contexts.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and containerization.
• Experience with authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Ability to translate infrastructure needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, architecture and security.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise security/compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders to shape server framework capabilities.
• Lead product discovery and translate infrastructure needs into roadmaps.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and QA to ensure timely delivery.
• Promote a smooth developer experience for platform services.
• Provide SME input to influence product roadmap and growth strategy.
• Support sales and professional services to enhance client outcomes.
