Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive project management, analysis, workflow design, and data analysis for the Alpha front-to-back client servicing platform.

You will contribute to the development of the SSCD and Data Quality framework, perform gap analyses, and partner with agile teams to deliver high-impact financial data solutions across front, middle, and back-office domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 10+ years of financial industry experience across front office, middle (IBOR) and back-office data domains.
• Experience engaging with clients across project lifecycles and managing expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to gather requirements in the financial sector.
• Collaborative team player with Agile experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design data quality solutions and onboard clients to State Street’s Alpha platform.
• Lead workflow, data, and requirements analysis for current and future state models.
• Contribute to SDLC stages including design, integration, testing, and operations readiness.
• Become a subject matter expert on Alpha Data Quality platform.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to Scrum ceremonies.
• Triage production issues and propose timely solutions.
