Job summary

State Street Corporation in Boston is seeking a Platform Business Analyst within the Execution, Financing and Clearing division to advance technology and analytics solutions that drive transparency, intelligence, and execution for clients and internal teams.

You will prototype and iterate on innovative solutions, engage with clients, manage proofs of concepts, and collaborate with technology teams to deliver from ideation to deployment, while upholding governance and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• At least 5 years of experience in quantitative, analytical or technology roles within financial services.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Python and SQL programming.
• Experience developing insights and dashboards in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik is a plus.
• Experience in securities financing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prototyping and iterating on innovative solutions for internal teams and clients.
• Engaging with clients, conducting product demos, and managing proofs of concepts.
• Collaborating with technology teams, vendors, and partners to deliver products end-to-end.
