Job summary

Jack Henry Banking is seeking a driven Technical Business Analyst to join the Core Lending Team in a remote capacity. The role centers on scoping, developing, and testing enhancements for SilverLake and CIF 20/20, aligning with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

The candidate should have 4+ years in loan operations or related banking functions, strong lending process knowledge, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, loan processing, lending product management, business analysis, or related banking functions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, commercial, mortgage, or agricultural lending processes, including loan origination, servicing, collateral management, payment processing, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with banking software, product management activities, or business requirements within a loan-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for internal meetings, conferences, user groups, and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
• Defines the system and functional requirements of the product.
• Prepares business requirements and functional specifications.
• Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities.
• May assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
• May perform application, system and regression tests.
• Responsible for creating business requirements.
• Reviews and provides feedback on requirements, design, and scope documents.
• Contributes to the creation of user stories, end-user documentation and other sprint related documentation.
• May work with customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects.
• Creates test plans/scripts for new products or enhancements to existing products.
• Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.
• May assist less experienced peers.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
