Job summary

Jack Henry Banking is seeking a motivated Technical Business Analyst for the Core Lending Team to help scope, develop, and test enhancements for SilverLake and CIF 20/20. This remote role requires living within ~70 miles of Allen, TX or other listed office locations.

You will gather requirements, define system and functional specs, and contribute to user stories and sprint documentation while collaborating with customers and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in loan operations, loan servicing, or lending product management.
• Knowledge of loan origination, servicing, collateral management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with banking software and business requirements in loan-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
• Defines the system and functional requirements of the product.
• Prepares business requirements and functional specifications.
• Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities.
• May assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
• May perform application, system and regression tests.
• Responsible for creating business requirements.
• Reviews and provides feedback on requirements, design, and scope documents.
• Contributes to the creation of user stories, end-user documentation and other sprint related documentation.
• May work with customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects.
• Creates test plans/scripts for new products or enhancements to existing products.
• Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.
• May assist less experienced peers.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
