Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a Technical Business Analyst for the Core Lending Team to define, scope, and test enhancements for SilverLake and CIF 20/20. This remote role requires proximity to listed office sites for occasional on-site onboarding or interviews.

You will gather requirements, write BRDs and user stories, support QA, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to improve lending workflows and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in loan operations, loan servicing, or lending product management.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, commercial, mortgage, or agricultural lending processes.
• Experience with banking software and business requirements in loan-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for internal meetings and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather system requirements.
• Define system and functional requirements of the product.
• Prepare business requirements and functional specifications.
• Participate in business process re-design activities.
• Assist customers in evaluating how enhancements improve processes.
• Create test plans/scripts for new products or enhancements.
• Review requirements, design, and scope documents.
• Contribute to user stories and sprint documentation.
• Coordinate with customer support to diagnose defects.
