As the AI Business Analyst Lead, you will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that AI projects are effectively managed and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Oversee enterprise AI program management and strategy
Collaborate with business and technology leadership to evaluate AI use cases
Update policy and procedure documentation for AI governance
Coordinate with business units and risk management for project approvals
Provide performance metrics and updates to stakeholders
Maintain communication and alignment with organizational goals
Stay current with AI advancements and regulatory oversight
Educate stakeholders on emerging technologies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
5 - 8 years of experience in AI or technology-driven roles
Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL
