Inceed, L.L.C. is partnering with a leading company to hire a Senior BI Engineering Manager in Houston. This is a high-impact, direct-hire role for an experienced BI leader who thrives in a hands-on, cross-functional environment.

You will guide a team supporting analytics across forwarding, ground, and warehousing, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to set priorities, deliver scalable data solutions, and drive technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical teams.
• Strong analytic engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Experience with Power BI and DAX reporting.
• Ability to work directly with leadership and clients.
• Background supporting complex, high-visibility projects.
• Houston-based and able to work onsite periodically.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics.

Compensation: $ 170,000 - 200,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas
