Job summary

Archinect in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Architect to lead design integrity, technical execution, and successful delivery from programming through construction. You will coordinate consultants, ensure code compliance, and drive BIM-enabled construction documentation for complex projects.

The role requires 8–15 years of experience, a professional architecture license, and strong proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Office tools, with NCARB preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of progressively responsible architectural experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Current architectural registration required; NCARB certification and reciprocal licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and execution of projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Direct the preparation and review of complete construction documents, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with firm standards.
• Coordinate structural, civil, MEP, landscape, interior, and specialty consultants while leading interdisciplinary coordination and BIM integration.
• Perform comprehensive building code analysis, life safety reviews, accessibility compliance, energy code coordination, and permitting support.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control by reviewing project documentation and risk management; mentor junior staff.
