CompoSecure, a GPGI business, seeks a Sr. Manager, Technical Accounting & External Reporting to lead complex accounting matters, SEC filings, consolidation, and disclosures.

You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Tax, HR, and Operations across Holdco entities and interact with external auditors in a fast-paced public company. You will oversee revenue recognition, debt accounting, stock-based compensation, and business combinations while strengthening internal controls,

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Experience with internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-Q and 10-K.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other SEC filings.
• Draft and review financial statement footnotes and disclosures.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and partners.
• Support MD&A and technical accounting disclosures.
