Fivetran is seeking a self-motivated Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Senior Manager to support complex accounting matters, build scalable processes, and strengthen internal controls in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This full-time role is based in Oakland with a hybrid model offering two in-office days weekly.

You will collaborate across Accounting Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure accurate US GAAP compliance (ASC 718, ASC 350-40, ASC 340, ASC 805, ASC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license required.
• 7+ years of combined experience in Big 4 or corporate accounting for SaaS/high-growth tech.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues and memos per US GAAP.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and lead new implementations.
• Collaborate with external valuation specialists for 409A and asset valuations.
• Coordinate with Accounting Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR and others.
• Enhance external reporting readiness and disclosures.
• Design and implement SOX-compliant internal controls.
