Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Technical Accounting Director to lead external financial reporting and consolidation within Corporate Finance – Accounting. This on-site role is based in Las Colinas, TX and reports to the CAO.

You will drive SEC filings (10-K/10-Q) and complex GAAP analyses, partnering with tax, legal, auditors and FP&A. Ideal candidates have a CPA, 7–10 years in accounting and public-company reporting, and experience with consolidation tools.

Qualifications

• CPA certification and public-company reporting experience required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidations.
• Experience preparing SEC filings and MD&A is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting, including Form 10-K and 10-Q, with Investor Relations support.
• Perform technical accounting analyses for complex U.S. GAAP matters.
• Oversee ASC 606 long-term contract accounting and EAC updates.
• Manage external auditors and provide audit-ready documentation.
• Drive monthly consolidation and policy documentation improvements.
