Job summary

Akamai Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager in the Enterprise Security Group to serve as the dedicated technical resource for Guardicore deployments. You will guide customers on platform configuration, use case strategy, and cross-team collaboration to resolve issues and accelerate value realization.

In this role, you will map customer environments, develop success plans aligned to objectives, and advocate for customers with product and services teams while tracking key

Qualifications

• Experience in Cyber Security in a customer facing role.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols and basic cyber security principles.
• Troubleshooting and deployment experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships across all levels, from CISO to security engineers.
• Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the dedicated technical resource, assisting the customer with platform configuration and use case strategy
• Advising technical challenges and collaborate with Guardicore's services and support teams to ensure speedy resolution
• Creating a complete picture of a customer's environment, processes and deployment characteristics
• Developing a success plan to align with customer objectives, driving value and growth for the customer
• Advocating for customers by coordinating with product, support, and services teams for long-term success
• Maintain operational excellence, managing to key KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health
