Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior II Security Architect to lead Guardicore micro-segmentation deployments for enterprise customers.

You will design, plan and drive implementations, manage projects through lifecycle, and deliver advanced services, including customizations and training. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant security/networking experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong scripting (Bash, Python), and proven success leading large-scale initiatives in data center and cloud

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience deploying, configuring and troubleshooting software or networking equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of Networking, Operating Systems and Data Center Infrastructure.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, installation and integration of the Guardicore product across diverse environments.
• Manage delivery projects from architecture design to installation and documentation.
• Deploy segmentation policies using the platform and deliver advanced services (customizations/training/expansions).
• Collaborate with Support and Engineering to resolve client issues and ensure post-sales satisfaction.
