Job summary

EDB seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the US to build and maintain post-sales relationships with our largest customers. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, drive successful outcomes, and ensure customers stay engaged with Postgres and AI solutions.

The TAM will guide architecture, troubleshooting, and solutions delivery while collaborating with product teams to represent customer requirements. Remote opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Postgres, Oracle, DB2 or MS SQL Server.
• Advanced technical skills in data management, OS and cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and AI/ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationship with customer senior technical leadership.
• Help customers maximize the value of their Postgres investments.
• Assist customers to develop and deploy Postgres strategies.
• Provide technical leadership for major Postgres initiatives (architecture guidance, project management).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the EDB product line and provide feedback to product teams.
