Job summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own and optimize technical relationships for enterprise customers in Omaha, NE or Norcross, GA. You will coordinate with Support, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure service excellence and value delivery.

In this senior role, you will manage complex escalations, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with Sales to support renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8+ years in Technical Account Management or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in SaaS, hosted, cloud, payments, or fintech environments.
• Strong ability to understand and explain complex system architectures and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-implementation technical relationship for assigned enterprise customers.
• Ensure stability, performance, and optimization of ACI solutions and SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement to drive resolution and value realization.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Support renewals, expansions, and strategic initiatives with Customer Success and Sales.
