ACI Worldwide in the United States seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage ACI's relationships with Tier 1 bank customers, develop strategies, and drive opportunities to close, while staying current on ACI products, competition, and industry trends.
You will lead executive business reviews on site, implement cross-functional strategic account plans to grow revenue and satisfaction, and maintain forecast data and account records for management.
Manages ACI's overall relationship with established Tier 1 bank customers. Develops strategy and manages the process of expanding executive relationships and bringing opportunities to a logical close. Keeps current on ACI products/enhancements, competition and industry trends. Maintains account and territory records, updates management on account activity and provides forecast data as requested.
